Little Superman narrates the story of Willy Wilson, a 12 year old comic book aficionado. Willy's life goes for a toss when one day he witnesses the death of his parents at his house. Escaping from masked goons, Willy falls into a manhole and gets trapped inside it for days. He returns to life outside the manhole and soon figures out that he has the ability to fly and lift things up with the help of telekinesis.
