Bala (Vivek) is an honest god fearing temple priest who lives with his aged parents. Bala's father is wrongly accused in a murder case and life changes. He becomes friendly with Poochi (Venkatraj) a hired killer. The hired killer owes his loyalty to a gang leader and his 'Lady Macbeth' style cold blooded wife, who will arrange a murder for money. Poochi helps Bala in a difficult situation which brings them closer. Their friendship has its repercussion on lives of both. However the long arm of law catches up with Poochi, now a reformed man. Bala meets a Saurashtrian girl Vaishali (Swetha) and is all set to marry her, when the unexpected happens.

high standard, no nonsense movie
Though most of the reviews are portraying negetively about the movie, we would say that the movie is of high standards, full of principles, with moderate and enjoyable comedy and superb acting by most of the actors starting from Vivek,the one playing poochi , the comedians upto the small boy playing Swedha's brother. Though many of the critic reviews say so many shortcomings of the direction, dialogues etc, we enjoyed almost every bit of the movie, and dint get bored. We also tried to book for the movie for the second time in the next week, but unfortunately it was gone!!! Vivek has done an great job bringing out the real actor in him. We are also planning to get the original cd, once it is brought out, for our collection, as it is quite hard nowadays to find such clean and good intetioned movies. Thank you directors and producers for giving such a wonderful flick. Congo to Vivek who has played one of the best of his roles till now so wonderfully!!
